Hi I'm Larne Trevor Hugo, pronounced "Larn". It's Irish folks.
Trevor is easier, so whatever you prefer.
I'm a legally qualified english speaking marriage officer and I'd be delighted to be part of your wedding ceremony. Besides presiding over the proceedings on wedding day, I handle everything legal including ANC contracts and the necessary marriage certificates, including abridged and unabridged marriage certificates.
Costs amount to R1500.
(On occasion I would levy a moderate fee for travel depending on where the the wedding is).
